Rules (OOC)
[1] First and foremost, this is a game created among friends, so please be respectful and courteous to each other! The drama, antics and murdering should be IC only.
[2] We encourage all types of characters and dynamics, including negative CR, just remember IC ≠OOC.
[3] If you ever need to get in touch with the mod team, please ping one of the mods (Limon, Fyre, Luna) and we can create a group chat for you! This includes IC shenanigans (like mid trial kills) and OOC concerns.
[4] Given that this game is scapegoat style it is reasonably likely that your character might die, or get scaped. The mod team will do our best to keep cases and trials fair, but we're not perfect. We ask that you respect case and trial outcomes; failing to solve a case is not a bad outcome or a reflection on the players or the game.
[5] Content Warnings. While murder is the name of the game, other sensitive topics such as abuse, suicide, self-harm, incest and so on should be warned for and treated appropriately.
[6] Secrecy. We've all been there - we're so excited about something that we can't wait to spring the surprise. Nevertheless, an element of secrecy is important to keeping things suspenseful for everyone else and we ask that players show discretion when revealing information about cases and the "afterlife". If you aren't sure if you can reveal something or not, don't hesitate to contact us to ask!
